The total investment required for the project is NT$60,000,000.
This includes all initial capital expenses, some provisionary
operational expenses and a contingency fund. For a complete

The investment capital will be placed in a trust for Adventure Putt
Taiwan. 10% of the shares will belong to Odonata Ltd as payment
for the planning and execution of this project.
Each one tenth investment in the investment capital entitles the
investor to a percentage of the profit share. We believe that
Adventure Putt Taiwan needs to be seen as a high-end project with
good quality equipment and decorations. This will help to add the
value of our project and to ensure our long-term competitive
advantage.
However, Odonata Ltd ensures the best possible value for money
through continually exploring new alternatives for Adventure Putt
Taiwan and weighing-up their profitability perspectives!
We expect that within the first year Adventure Putt
Taiwan will have a return on investment of 94% or more!
We will select investors that share the same or similar visions
for Adventure Putt Taiwan. In that regard, each investor will
also be awarded a percentage voting right that the investor may
use if there are matters to be voted upon. We are, however, very
confident that the investors will be satisfied with our business
proposal and the research and work that we have been
conducting over the past 2 years!
